Testimonials

"I wanted to share how impressed I am. I commenced certificate IV in community services a couple of months ago and because of the brilliant support and the fabulous trainers I am excelling.

I want to shout out to Blake who has been absolutely amazing in my assessor role-plays. I was so nervous when first doing these role-plays but he made me feel at ease and he was so easy to talk to. I’m really looking forward to what the next few months and I’m excited to continue my learning journey with this education organisation. Thank you."

"I started with a Certificate IV in Youth Work under the guidance of Viki Hannah. She was an amazing teacher on our weekly Tuesday night classes and was greatly appreciated for her role in the various assessments and her expertise in the subject.

I am thankful to have completed my Certificate IV in Youth Work with her this year. Thanks to her and her excellent guidance, I decided to pursue my Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drugs. I have almost completed my studies under the guidance of Duane Raitt, who has been amazing to interact with on Wednesday nights and has fully supported me in achieving my goals of completing this course."

"Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reputable and experienced training provider. Eden & Clodagh assisted me with my enrolment and I was genuinely in disbelief at how quick and easy the process was, I also felt very comfortable sharing part of my story in regards to why I was looking to expand my knowledge and undertake a Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drugs - which was a key factor for me in deciding to pursue the course with this provider.

I am looking forward to coming back to the Institute down the track as I have been offered my dream job, however once I am settled in that - I will definitely be back to re-enrol. Thankyou again to the staff for being so understanding and encouraging with my decision. 10/10!!"
